My name is Justin E. De Vault, Jr. I live in Tusculum, Greene county, Tennessee, USA. Update: I am now active on the HF bands. My equipment is an OMNI VII with auto-tuner and presently still a 40 dipole at 20 feet. I'm still running into a problem with my XYL "rather not having a tower in the back yard." (She remembers the monstrosity I had up in Johnson City.) I try to check into the: Breakfast Club on 3.973 TN Phone Net on 3.980 South CARS on 7.251 Rag Chewers on 7.272 And Geratol Net on 3.668 where I'm working on my basic. I checked into Geratol Net regularly over 30 years ago States I need for basic: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WY
At this time I'm not very active in Ham radio. I still have my Swan 500CX from my active days, however my Swan Mark II amplifier has "bit the dust:." I have put in for my retirement and I hope to get back on the air as I have more time. My employment keeps me so occupied I do not have time to be very active. I do not have an antenna up for the high frequency band at this time. I did have a TH6DXX tri-band on a seventy foot Rohn tower when I lived in Johnson City, TN. However, my "ex" sold it before I could get it down. I hope to get one up by spring 2008 if I can put one up in the subdivision I live in. I hope I can find time to display some of my awards and certificates. Please check back often as I will be adding to this site often. I still use 2 meters on 145.390.
